Refresher 0-5k Programme

Wednesday 18:30 - 19:30

This programme will carefully support you as you return to physical activity. It will help you to regain and build confidence. The RunLeaders will guide and support you throughout the full twelve weeks.

  • PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ACQUAINTED YOURSELF WITH OUR LATEST COVID TRAINING PROTOCOLS

  • Please arrive by 18:20, the session is scheduled to start at 18:30 prompt.

  • Hi-visibility clothing and head torch are ESSENTIAL to run! Your Run Leader may not let you run without them.

  • Please make sure you are well hydrated.

  • Please keep to the paths where available, be mindful of social distancing and give way to members of the public.

  • If running on roads please be aware of traffic and run in single file towards oncoming vehicles.

  • Taking part in the sessions is done at your own risk.

  • Please park legally and sensibly at all times.
