Hello and welcome! It's fantastic that you are interested in joining our beginner programme!
Here you will find all the information you will need to know.
This is for anyone new to running and those returning to running. The Beginner BADGER programme will carefully support you as you train for your 5km run, it will teach you about warming up, cooling down, stretching and much more. The RunLeaders will guide you as you run further each week, with useful tips, whilst providing friendly support and motivation. Children must be at least 12 years old or older to take part at BADGERS.

The cost is either £30 up front for the 12 sessions, or £3 pay as you go (Free for members)
Sorry but no new starters after week 3 .
Hi-visibility clothing is a must and a head torch is recommended to run!
Taking part in the sessions is done so at your own risk.
