Welcome

We are BADGERS, an England Athletics affiliated running club offering friendly and supportive running for all abilities based in Baddesley Ensor in North Warwickshire.

BADGERS - BA10k 2016

Whether you are a complete novice, an occasional runner or a seasoned runner, BADGERS can support your individual running needs and goals. The group ethos is one of enjoyment and inclusive running for all abilities.

Our seasoned runners are very supportive of the novices and are actively involved in assisting at training sessions sharing their knowledge and experiences. What's even better is BADGERS support seen at social functions, community projects, local fundraising events and of course the odd one or two run events we take part in!

With over 200 like minded individuals working together as a team we have established a very supportive and inspirational running group. Please read on and if you like what you see then get in touch

Club sessions are cancelled until further notice

In light of the current situation and following current advise from the government and UKA, we have taken the very difficult decision to cancel all club sessions until further notice. We will be working hard to ensure you are all supported during these uncertain times and further information will follow.

We suggest all our members take a look at and keep up to date on the latest Public Health advice.

Looking after your wellbeing while staying at home

Staying at home for a prolonged period of time can be difficult, frustrating and lonely for some people and that you may feel low. It’s important to remember to take care of your mind as well as your body and to get support if and when you need it. Stay in touch with family and friends over the phone or on social media. There are also sources of support and information that can help.

Think about things you can do during your time at home. People who have successfully completed a period of staying at home have kept themselves busy with activities such as cooking, reading, online learning and watching films. If you feel well enough you can take part in light exercise within your home or garden.
