Hello and welcome! It's fantastic that you are interested in joining our beginner programme!

Here you will find all the information you will need to know.

This is for anyone new to running and those returning to running. The Beginner BADGER programme will carefully support you as you train for your 5km run, it will teach you about warming up, cooling down, stretching and much more. The RunLeaders will guide you as you run further each week, with useful tips, whilst providing friendly support and motivation. Children must be at least 12 years old or older to take part at BADGERS.

Sorry no new starters after week 3 of the programme.

Please Note: This is not our membership form, the membership form can only be found online and only needs to be completed if you wish to become a member of the club.
