Cost: Free to members, £2 for guests (guest can attend for a maximum of 4 sessions in a 12 month period)

This group is for any runner (from the age of 12 year old) who can run at least 5k or 3 miles.

Our training sessions will include road and multi-terrain running, incorporating various training methods including hill reps, fartlek, lactate and interval sessions aimed at improving cardio-vascular capacity, endurance, speed and stamina.

Training is on a Tuesday evening, this is the main training of the week. The session is split into three ability based groups the distance covered during a session range from 3 to 7 miles.

(Note: This is not a membership form, the membership form can only be found online and only need to be completed if you wish to become a member of the club)

  • Please arrive by 18:20 in order to pay subs, sessions are scheduled to start at 18:30 prompt.

  • Hi-visibility clothing and head torch are ESSENTIAL to run! Your Run Leader may not let you run without them.

  • Please make sure you are well hydrated.

  • Please keep to the paths where available, be mindful and give way to pedestrians.

  • If running on roads please be aware of traffic and run in single file towards oncoming vehicles.

  • Taking part in the sessions is done at your own risk.

  • Please park legally and sensibly at all times.
